📣#WMRInfo Changes to ticket refunds
From 1/4/26 you can no longer claim a refund for unused tickets ON or AFTER its travel date
You can only claim a refund if your train has been delayed or cancelled
This will not affect delay-repay

@AvantiWestCoast Thank you but I cannot accept your apology. You have disrupted my entire evening in order to take a train full of passengers to Liverpool. We have had to endure a massive inconvenience in order for you to ensure another group of people were not inconvenienced. It makes no sense.

Interesting that the passengers travelling to Liverpool were given priority over those of us who were on the train? Can you explain why?

@ghd I ordered GHD Chronos and paid £289. Evri delivered box to my home containing cheap perfume and claimed that my GHD order had been delivered. What should I do to resolve this??

@Ryanair flight FR3691 from Birmingham to Knock delayed 2 hours. We have arrived in Knock and our luggage is not here. You have 1 very unpleasant representative at Knock. She is refusing to help us. We have no luggage and we have transport waiting for us. Help!!!

Some advice please. Elderly parent in hospital for over 5 weeks now,medically fit for discharge weeks ago constant delays,every day becoming more confused now doesn’t know where she is. Staff don’t seem concerned?should she be going to live alone?

@WestMidRailway Nope the last 3 trains have been cancelled despite the boards showing them as on time. Loads of people waiting at stations buying tickets for non existent service
