@Debenhams this is now the 5th time i have tried contacting you about a missing item in a delivery. Are you ignoring my messages on purpose? Ive sent a text, an email and tried 3 times on X and still no-one bothers to reply. Next contact trading standards to see where I stand.

@Debenhams still no response from a very annoyed customer! Is there no customer care or do you enjoy taking peoples money and not delivering the products??? Im out of pocket with no care or concern from you! Will not be ordering from you again.

@Debenhams i am very unhappy with an order i made, I have tried contacting Debenhams via 2 of the 3 ways available. The problem is an item missing which is a gift. I have had no response at all and am very annoyed. Do you like taking peoples money and not delivering??

@AsdaServiceTeam once again Asda are on top form with delivery….NOT! Had a call asking for me to collect my delivery. Because it wasnt delivered on the app it still shows ‘out for delivery’ which means I cant get refund for subs. Come on asda get your act together.

I understand people ring in sick but please get your delivery service sorted. Very frustrating and inconvenient. Took about 20 minutes to get thru to a call handler who isnt even local to my area. So annoyed. Book slot for 7-8 now arriving between 9.30-10.30.

@AsdaServiceTeam what a joke your delivery service is. Im going to have a delivery about 2 and a half hours later than the time slot I booked. I Was due to be somewhere have had to make other arrangements now.

@RoyalMailHelp Ok as requested have sent the details required. Still no action seems to have been taken, still parcel missing. Using the reference from the proof of posting we get details of it trying to be delivered but when try to rebook delivery it doesn’t recognise reference, how it this??

@RoyalMailHelp Ipswich sorting office what a joke you and your posties are. Absolutely livid about a missing parcel sent for a birthday present. Have no way of tracking parcel as postie was very vague on card they left. No success contacting sorting office.
