Any one else appalling service from the @marksandspencer Customer Service Contact Centre? Why does an iconic UK/British brand feel that is a good idea to use a South African Contact Centre? And when you ask to speak to the store, they say they handle all the store’s phone calls!! What is the point of a store having an individual phone number if it’s going to be answered by the same Customer Service people that have their own separate phone number as well? Why have British Brands lost the concept of Customer Service and letting their customers speak to stores? Come on M&S be there for your customers….

@cakey12 Nothing that we're aware of. I'd recommend having a chat with our technical team on 150, and they can take a closer look at what's happening and see if we can get it sorted.

@bt_uk Is there a problem with account logins? I am trying to log in but when I get to the page where I enter my verification code sent to my email - the box disappears and the screen flicks to a white screen

@bt_uk If your take the time to check & converse with each other you would see that several people have all been in touch saying the same thing ! Obviously it is a problem your end. Giving me another reason to leave

@marksandspencer Mmm yet again folk with no online account or ability to create one are being penalised. They have to ask someone to manage it for them which isn’t always possible.

@Jingerella66 There is no such thing as a free lunch. Why does everyone want things for free? She could avoid the charge by going to the pharmacy herself, just like she has done today.

I think my 91 year old mother has just been conned out of £55 by Boots. She went in to enquire about Boots Pharmacy dealing with her prescription straight from the doctor's surgery, as someone in Morrisons (who deal with her prescriptions since the drs changed pharmacy) told her Morrisons don't deliver. Apparently, Morrisons can deliver prescriptions for everyone at my mother's assisted living complex, but not her. There is something wrong here. A member of Boot's staff told her they don't deliver NHS prescriptions for free, and made her pay £55 for an' annual pass'. This is nonsense. She's elderly and vulnerable. I will be on their tail tomorrow. A full refund had better be forthcoming pronto.

@ITVXhelp pleeeéase get an update sorted to stop automatic launching into a random program when the one you are watching ends. It is so annoying, especially when you get 4 seconds to stop it ! Otherwise it stays on the continue watching list if you aren’t quick enough

@ITVXhelp @ITVX it’s about time the app was updated so you can stop autoplay next or at least delete the list. So frustrating the only way to clear the list is to delete the app & reinstall.

@Tolkienista3 @MattBloomFilms @marksandspencer You have to go on the website rather than the app. It gives you the option to check cards and how much is left on them just google marks and Spencer’s gift card balance and it takes you straight to it 👍

@cakey12 @MattBloomFilms @marksandspencer Ooh, tell me how to check expiry date online. Currently got five cards in my drawer, no idea when they expire or if they've expired.

So @marksandspencer won't honour my elderly dad's expired gift card - even though they don't put an expiry date on the card 🙄 and their gift card query phone line cost us £1 a minute 🙄🙄. Customer service petty and unhelpful. So won't ever shop there again.

@WhichUK Not just Sky. They are all s bad as each other. @virginmedia broadband increase of £4. Its disgusting. About time this was stopped. Gone are the days when a fixed contract meant exactly that.
