Follow up: Think most one-time pass users probably come from those who pay for the @United Explorer card, which I use for everything. Looking at the @AlaskaAir card right now.

Wow… my last two trips with @united have had customer service issues. Last time it was 8+ hours in mechanical delays and today it’s no one-time passes accepted for United lounges at #ORD.
After so many years, really thinking it’s time to look into @AlaskaAir new Atmos.
