@ChrisHaroldYEG Hi! It's best to call the Individual enquiries line for your GST question. They're open 6:30AM - 11PM ET (Monday-Friday) and 7:30AM to 8PM ET (Saturdays). Calling early in the day or later at night sometimes can help with getting through. Hope this helps!

@calch @jim20060 @CTVBarrieNews I think it is just because they overtook OLG years ago and are having too much conflict with the old methods and new programs. Can’t do these updates with interruptions. All the stress of completing them rapidly is now on IT tech departments. I am sure they all were prepped well.

@calch @jim20060 @CTVBarrieNews I was building maintenance & this is not normal. The only thing they are all interconnected for is data info for statistics & player info or progressive slots. They must have needed a full uninterrupted shut down for an update or their data was hacked. I think the first one.
