i need to weigh less than 40kg but bench over 100kg but run a sub-2:30 marathon but fast for a month but keep working full time but get my masters but

@wimpala67x it can definitely be anorexia. some have also proposed "anorexia athletica" as a term.

okay but what is overexercising and eating ‘normally’ (around 1.2k-2k) make me because that’s not really under the anorexia category, is it?

“exercise purging is so much safer!” my ankle bones touch now and my adrenal system doesn’t Work Right. it is NOT harm reduction to suggest it as an alternative to traditional purging.

everyone my age seems so far ahead in life and im still struggling with the same things i struggled with at 13

@aspartameangel the trial and error part is a lot of what worries me. i don't want them to cause issues in my work and life.

@calcounttt yes i can obviously be a long process of trial and error to find the right med and dose but they’ve saved my life for sure on multiple occasions. very far from a cure all ofc still suffered but made my symptoms less intense for sure

@loxxy_lo do u mind if i ask what u take? i've never been on medication before and it scares me quite a bit.

this makes no sense but i don't feel clean if i haven't exercised? like i feel more clean whilst sweaty and actually gross than if i've done nothing.

I feel so profoundly isolated even in ED spaces no matter what I do I wish it were easier to connect with people
