In the Flock contract, link below to 132 pages, anonymized and/or analyzed derivatives of Agency Data Flock may retain and use beyond the Term (p. 47). This is what the Chief of Police said is happening: "The ALPR system passively captures an infrared image of the license plates of moving or parked vehicles and converts them to a text file using Optical Character Recognition (“OCR”) technology." Except he forgot this in the Flock contract he signed: Recorded (per Agreement definitions, p. 43, and Order Form product descriptions, p. 105): "Footage" - still images, video, audio, and other data captured by Flock or Agency hardware.
