I really understand why the average person I have spoken to in Harare is saying we have no opposition. These people are self interested. Hwende says this as he sits in parliament and gets paid by tax payer $. This is why people are exhausted & looking inward because what’s this?

Excuse me, @karolineleavitt the people should not fear the government, the government should fear the people. Law-abiding citizens should not feel that their lives are at higher risk simply for carrying. If a cop cannot handle the mental pressure of armed citizens around them, then they are in the wrong profession.

Trump Spox Warns U.S. Gun Owners: “Any gun owner knows that when you are carrying a weapon and you are confronted by law enforcement, you are raising the risk of force being used against you.”

In a public ceremony, New York investor Larry Silverstein purchases the World Trade Center complex for $3.22 billion on a 99-year lease, to expire in the year 2100. Silverstein is a doting, personal owner; he famously breakfasts at Windows on the World each and every morning.

Nah, I think there’s enough suspicion to go on to address voter rolls and review and confirm them. In Zimbabwe there’s one party that refuses to verify voter rolls and it isn’t the good party (not that they have a good party), and they make a mess of the counting on purpose. Sounds familiar.

An Australian economist just went on PBD and told young people not to have children — and to learn how to hunt because climate change will cause civilization to collapse. This is the Malthusian doomerism @elonmusk keeps warning about. Paul Ehrlich said the same thing in 1968. Predicted mass starvation by the 1980s. Wrong. Meanwhile the actual crisis is already here: — USA birth rate: 1.6 — Germany: 1.4 — England: 1.39 — Japan: 1.15 — South Korea: 0.75 Replacement rate is 2.1. Not a single major Western nation is close. Do the opposite of what @ProfSteveKeen says. Have two kids. Preferably three. Having children is the greatest source of joy and purpose a human being can experience. The greatest threat to Western civilization isn't the climate. It's that we got talked out of the most important thing in life.

Flock cameras found to be "attached to police squad cars or deployed at fixed locations...". 🚨Big surprise ending to this tweet. And here we go: Flock broadcasts the captured data is deleted after 30 days (but not all of it). Yet the Chief of Police is keeping it for 36 months! See below. In the Flock contract, link below to 132 pages, anonymized and/or analyzed derivatives of Agency Data Flock may retain and use beyond the Term (p. 47). This is what the Chief of Police said is happening: "The ALPR system passively captures an infrared image of the license plates of moving or parked vehicles and converts them to a text file using Optical Character Recognition (“OCR”) technology." Except he forgot this in the Flock contract he signed: Recorded (per Agreement definitions, p. 43, and Order Form product descriptions, p. 105): "Footage" - still images, video, audio, and other data captured by Flock or Agency hardware. "Vehicle Fingerprint™" attributes - vehicle type, make, color, state registration, missing/covered plates, bumper stickers, decals, roof racks, and bike racks (p. 43). License plate reads via Falcon (LPR) cameras. Real-time audio events via Raven (gunshots, breaking glass, street racing) where deployed. "III. Definitions - A. ALERT means visual and/or auditory notice that is triggered when the ALPR system receives a potential “hit” on a license plate." "The text is compared to various hot lists generated by various law enforcement agencies, including the National Crime Information Center (“NCIC”), Crime Information Bureau (CIB), Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDot), and 2 6.42 the local agency, and generates an alert when there is a hit." Quote of Police Chief Joshua P. Wilson "it is a license plate reader". Then in his own writing he says this: "READ means a digital image of license plates and vehicles and associated metadata (e.g., date, time, and geographic coordinates associated with the vehicle image capture) that are captured by the ALPR system." You all catch that? A digital image of your vehicle and associated metadata. I thought Chief if was just a license plate reader, now your own words says it is capturing vehicle images and more. "The ALPR system also transmits and stores the digital images of license plates and vehicles and associated metadata (e.g., date, time, and geographic coordinates associated with the vehicle image capture) that are captured to a shared server." "The stored ALPR data can be queried by license plate number, time frame, vehicle descriptions and location and will return the reads (images of license plates and vehicles, date, time, and geographic coordinates) matching the search criteria." Who has access to this data? Sharing/search capability (Order Form feature description, p. 105): Community Network Access to privately owned Flock cameras; State Network and Nationwide Network plate lookups (described as reaching a "nationwide system... 10 billion additional plate reads per month"); Time & Location Based Search; License Plate Lookup with location history; Vehicle Fingerprint Search; Insights & Analytics reporting (device performance, user/network audits, plate-read reports, hot-list alert reports, event logs); Real-Time NCIC/NCMEC alerting; unlimited custom Hotlists. You catch that last part also? "unlimited custom Hotlists". You think law enforcement officers aren't going to use that for targeting people they know personally? Such as an ex-wife? Or current spouse? Or political foes? Or people who attend a political rally? Flock contract with City of New London WI with purchase documents and logs. Totaling 132 pages: itl.ink/b95d70bc Retention period conflict: New London PD General Order 6.42, §IV.A.5 (p. 4), signed by Chief Joshua P. Wilson, states ALPR data "will be retained for no longer than 36 months … after which the data shall be purged." Flock's own Government Agency Agreement, §4.4/4.5 (p. 47), and multiple Order Forms (pp. 34, 101, field "Retention Period: 30 Days") state Flock "automatically deletes Footage older than thirty (30) days" (Wing Replay after seven days). Again did you catch that last phrase: "Wing Replay"? Wing Replay: per the Agreement's own definition (p. 43 of the file): "enhanced situational awareness encompassing Footage retention, replay ability, and downloadable content from Hot Lists integrated from third-party cameras." Surprise: it is the feature that lets the agency view, replay, and pull Hotlist-triggered footage from cameras Flock does not own or install (i.e., third-party including community cameras integrated into the Wing Suite interface), as opposed to Flock's own Falcon/Sparrow/Raven hardware. Just a license plate reader huh Chief Wilson? The truth is you lied to me, to the citizens of New London. And, you're violating the US Constitution and state constitution - you forgot your oath of office. I will have info coming on Axon. @deflock @JasonBassler1 @WallStreetApes @OrwellDay @JoshWalkos @5149jamesli
