@varshneylab Yes, this is a problem in my system too. We just check the flow every day and only change the seriously troublesome ones.

Does anyone facing valve issues with @Aquaneering system? These valves keep going back to dripping mode or water stops flowing completely. Lost many lines because of these faulty valves. If you are a new PI looking for a system, make sure they sell you the new valves.

@BenjaminHogan13 @Kazebrafish @IMBatUQ @PeterMacRes @UniMelbMDHS Congrats! Beautiful work! It will be an important tool to study angiogenesis!

Our paper live imaging Erk activity in zebrafish regenerative angiogenesis is finally out! Big congrats to @Kazebrafish for this body of work.

Many teleosts have an amazing capacity to still reproduce after long starvation periods. Insights from zebrafish suggest the plastic nature of Gnrh2 neurons may help maintain reproductive capacity in these fasted states: doi.org/10.1038/s41598…

Weinstein Lab's latest preprint is up! Great work by @LauraMPillay et al. looking at Rhoa function in vascular development. Here is a pic we took while working on the project. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

@CLangevin_INRAE @dancastranova I believe so, although we need to clarify that they are indeed lymphatics.
English

@dancastranova Do you observe lymphatics in the kidney?

Honored to have one of my images selected for the cover of the 2020 NICHD Annual Report! A juvenile #zebrafish, bones and scales blue, lymphatic vessels orange. annualreport.nichd.nih.gov

Our latest preprint is up! A method to intubate adult #zebrafish and image them on inverted microscopes. We used it to image neutrophils moving to a wound area over the course of a day. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

Not to mention "non refundable fee of € 2,190" to "cover an editorial assessment & peer-review process. In return, they get a review". So basically you get to pay € 2,190 to find out your paper was rejected 😳 Pretty sure this is not a “long-awaited alternative” @NatureNews

In the past few years different cell types were shown to generate lymphatic vessels in the embryo. Is this also the case for cancer-lymphatics? We discuss this in our new review! Read it here! 👇 frontiersin.org/article/10.338…

Cows make milk. They milk themselves.
Other cows check the milk (for free).
Cows - get this - PAY THE FARMER to take the milk away.
Then the farmer (you won't believe this, honestly) sells the milk *back to the cows.*
