Breakpoint groups now support "Dependent Breakpoint Groups". You can make your breakpoint groups dependent on other breakpoint so that the group only activates when the prerequisite breakpoint is hit. #vstip #vsdebuggertip

@chuckguy55 @CarpeDiEmma_ Figure out what parts you want, then try to find a prebuilt with those parts and compare prices. Although prebuilts suck sometimes because they cheap out on "unimportant" parts usually. I had to replace/upgrade my SSD because it got unbearably slow

@chuckguy55 @CarpeDiEmma_ 2 years ago I bought a prebuilt because it was wayyyyyyy cheaper than building a PC with GPU prices (I'M SORRY) Anyways, pcpartpicker is your friend. It worked for planning my MiniITX build (where things got very cramped)

Snapshot report from Managed Memory window now shows "Duplicate Strings" insights. It will show the list of strings allocated multiple times on the heap, the total wasted memory associated, and the retention graph for the string objects. #vstip #vsdebuggertip #vs2022 17.5 P1

VS debugger now supports "Dependent Tracepoint" You can set any type of breakpoint dependent on the tracepoint/log point and vice-versa. This makes logging info while inspecting complex code super easy. #VS2022 17.2 Preview 1 #vstip #vsdebuggertip

Installed a new m.2 ssd last night with a fresh windows install, makes my PC feel brand new. Old SSD was actually bottlenecking my internet when downloading stuff

Did zero based arrays win across all languages? Any modern-day language holdouts starting that count from one?
