What projects do we have? Where's the national budget? More than 80% has been disbursed and we just finished 1st quarter of the year. We still have 3 quarters to go. Torrential rains and strong typhoons coming in a few months and yet nothing has been done to prepare the country for these. What happened to the flood control projects? The Philippines is facing tons of problems yet we are focused on the Dutertes?
