@hilarialexander I don’t need to be in the country because I would probably miss too many convenience things, but I am def not a big city person. Neat for a visit but I’m not sure I could ever get used to it

The Pitt from last week hit hard. The DKA patient (I have T1D)and the nurse getting assaulted(my only night as a charge nurse one of my nurses was held at knife point and I threw the door open and disarmed the guy and held him until police got there) both got my feels.
