Still no response from @TUIUK about our holiday back in May. @TUIUK do not answer their phones, their emails and when you go in the store @TUIUK can’t do anything there either

This weekend a social worker who made the decision to place us with our abusive carers got in touch to say sorry - she said she had been “haunted” by the decision
This lady is the ONLY person to have ever said sorry
We will meet her and give her a hug - forgiveness is key 🔑
