#OKR is a great place to start but by giving teams customer-centric goals you take away feature-based roadmaps. This leaves the team responsible to discover which products & services will achieve the goals. Big question: Do your teams know how to do product discovery?

Just because you're running an experiment, doesn't mean you're learning what you set out to. Always assess the data coming in and ask, "Is this the most important thing I need to learn right now?" If not, kill the test. Launch a new one.
