近一个月学习PA，这周开始加入学习ICT 为了检验学习效果，2月17号开了个1万美元新账户 学习初期，以为我懂了，其实我没懂 然后出现了10%的最大回撤 还好稳住了，账户没有夭折 总结了一下经验 体感上确实和数据的反应是一致的 大饼(狗东西)最难做，黄金纳指最好做 需要改进的几点： 1，减少操作品种，专精很重要 2，增加TP率,不要中途下车 3，增加胜率，目前50%，目标55% 4，增加盈亏比，目前1.5，目标2 5，最大回撤控制在5%以内 为了实现改进目标，打算只做黄金，纳指，大饼（狗东西亏的最多，还是放不下），一个货币对。继续改进setup，耐心等待机会，期待翻倍的那天。

@PeterLBrandt @PeterLBrandt can you tell us a bit more what you think about these gaps? Just noticing two consecutive daily bar gaps makes me already want to liquidate all my positions because this is super rare. But on the other hand, two gaps also means it's currently a very bullish market.

Comment on S&Ps I will make no further comment on the subject matter than what I have written below It is VERY unusual for price gaps in futures NOT to be filled rather quickly. The fact that the Apr 23 gap and now the May 12 gaps exist is VERY unusual and probably significant

$JEPQ is being put to its first test since debuting in 2022. Currently 18.8% off highs, but better than the Nasdaq. The current dividend yield is 12.38%. I like this one once it bases.

A very limited view of my style of trading would suggest that using a Regime Filter or attempting to 'time the market' has failed me this year. And you would be correct. But that's recency bias. Over the last 20 years (and indeed since 1950), the use of a Regime Filter, or 'market timing tool' has greatly enhanced risk-adjusted returns. Take a simple momentum strategy, the table below, Test 001 uses a Regime Filter. Test 002 does not.
