@puckempire Norris spent to much time with Ridly Grieg when he played in Ottawa 🫡😭
English

@FredLevasseur97 @DuaneS39 If this was ridly greig he would’ve been suspended
English

@DuaneS39 Where’s your post about this?
That seems quite hypocritical.

No love lost between these two teams 😅
English

@teapottoffoIi You realize Ottawas whole defense was injured, and every game was close
English

@JeremyFilosa Cause Hudson elbows him in the face first. They could’ve taken both but they’re letting them play it’s playoffs get a grip
English

Comment 4 officiels ont-ils pu manquer ceci, sur un jeu qui mène ensuite directement à un but du Lightning???

Unbelievable. Hutson high sticked and slashed, no call, Tampa score. Absolutely atrocious officiating.

@emorrow205441 @RyanHenkel_ I’m allowed to call out a player for being dumb, you don’t have to like it
English

@cam_singh2 @RyanHenkel_ Sit home on the couch and watch Svech in the playoffs you whiner.
English

I asked Svechnikov today on his response to Kleven's hit on Nikishin: "Scary hit. When I saw Niki laying on the ice, I just tried to jump the guy because when you play the physical game and you try to hurt someone, that's what's gonna happen."
Sportsnet@Sportsnet
Svechnikov jumped in to defend Nikishin 😳
English

@HabsLaughs Habs fans are more delusional than leaf fans. The only reason he get highs-ticked is cause Hudson elbows him in the face
English

This is just insane.
What the hell are we doing here?
Every game. It's every game.

@HabsLinks Hudson literally elbows him in the face first. How are Montreal fans so dumb
English

Absolutely insane that there was no call on this. Guess Hutson didn’t embellish enough for the refs.

@HabsOnReddit Hudson elbowed him in the face, you sound like a cry baby for complaining about a slash to the shin pads
English

@MeguPhantom @BrandonMaki_ First off the hit was clean almost everyone agrees about that. So after watching this if u can’t look at it and a defenceless player getting jumped then we’re watching a different video
English

@cam_singh2 @BrandonMaki_ Svech wasn't punching him when Aho was there, Aho got taken down by Cousins pretty quickly.
Again, Kleven has to expect a response for a huge hit he intentionally was giving after what happened with Sanderson. Playing with a fishbowl doesn't give you license to do anything.
English

Throw the book at Ridly Greig. Seriously. That play was ridiculous.
But it should come with an explanation as to why Taylor Hall got nothing for knocking Jake Sanderson out of the series.
Like, a real explanation.
NHL Player Safety@NHLPlayerSafety
Ottawa’s Ridly Greig will have a hearing Monday, May 4th, for roughing Carolina’s Sean Walker.
English

@MeguPhantom @BrandonMaki_ Again totally agree with you that what greig did was unacceptable, but walker literally just did an interview admitting that he would “do it again” and “I saw him, and I wasn’t going to let up even when he turned” walker legitimately admitted to it lol
English

@cam_singh2 @BrandonMaki_ What Greig did was dirty, there is no hockey explanation for it. Most players wouldn't do that.
Walker totally went after him. It's a penalty, but it's not dirty. Greig literally looks at him coming and then positions himself to get boarded. Its gamesmanship. Worse has happened.
English

@MeguPhantom @BrandonMaki_ I do agree with u tho what greig did was bad he should get suspended for that. My whole point is walkers response to that was to do what he did. The announcers said it themselves walker was gonna run greig no matter what. So he should get suspended along with greig
English

@cam_singh2 @BrandonMaki_ There is enough going on that I think what happens with Svech is what happens the vast majority of times. Kleven has to have an attempt to defend himself and not just pull a Cousins.
Walker had no opportunity to defend himself from Greig. What Greig did was opportunistic.
English

@MeguPhantom @BrandonMaki_ Clean hit or not in my opinion svech crossed the line on his reaction. And listen I get it I would stick up for my teammates but the way he went about it was wrong.
English

@cam_singh2 @BrandonMaki_ I'm going to assume you have watched the game enough to know it doesn't matter if the hit was clean or not. If you rock someone, you have to know someone is probably coming at you.
Should Walker have held up? Yeah.
Did Greig move to draw a call? Yeah.
2 min was the right call.
English

@MeguPhantom @BrandonMaki_ The only difference was the kelvin hit was clean, so what svech did was unjustified in my opinion. And also you just can’t do what svech did in my opinion.
Greig also didn’t have the puck tho, and walker had time to let up he just didn’t
English

@cam_singh2 @BrandonMaki_ Yeah, someone should have tried to go after Hall when the hit happened if they didn't like it. It was less obvious than Kleven's hit, so I get it.
Greig saw the hit coming and turned his body to draw the penalty. You can't board people, but Greig knew what he was doing.
