#BioImageAnalysis hive mind I need some help. Could you please let me know of your favorite #Jupyter Notebook and examples of analysis #workflows in #Python I am trying to come up with an updated list

FORO PENAL ANTE LAS DECLARACIONES DEL PRESIDENTE DE LA ASAMBLEA NACIONAL, JORGE RODRÍGUEZ, DE FECHA 13 DE ENERO DE 2026 El presidente de la Asamblea Nacional, Jorge Rodríguez, ha afirmado hoy en el parlamento de nuestra nación que nuestra ONG, “…les cobra a las personas para tramitarles el tema de las  liberaciones, les cobra dinero, de forma artera, de forma mezquina, una basura esa forma como el Foro Penal utiliza la situación de personas privadas de libertad…”. Luego, le expresó a los diputados presentes que les ponía a la “...absoluta y total disposición…” las listas de los excarcelados. Sobre estas afirmaciones, destacamos lo siguiente: 1) No es cierto que nuestra ONG exija pago alguno por la asistencia legal gratuita, a nivel nacional e internacional, que hemos brindado a más de 15.000 víctimas de violaciones a los derechos humanos que nos han honrado con su confianza desde nuestra fundación hace más de 23 años. Esto pueden corroborarlo los testimonios, y el agradecimiento, de todas esas víctimas que hemos apoyado a lo largo de estos años. 2) Las dudas sobre quiénes son los excarcelados recientes no nacen de los análisis del Foro Penal, sino del incumplimiento de los órganos del Poder Público de su obligación de informar de manera clara y transparente sobre las identidades de los excarcelados y los criterios que se están utilizando para decidir quién resulta favorecido o no. Si la Asamblea Nacional, dada su posición de privilegio, posee información distinta de la nuestra, lejos de descalificarnos, debe mostrarla públicamente, pues se trata de un tema muy sensible, de interés público y humano. La opacidad solo sirve para generar angustia y preocupación en los presos y en sus familias, y no contribuye a la concordia, a la reconciliación ni a la convivencia nacional. 3) Destacamos que, si bien es cierto que no somos nosotros, ni la sociedad civil en general, los que tenemos las llaves de las celdas que mantienen a tantas personas al día de hoy injustamente encarceladas, y que la posibilidad de liberarlos está exclusivamente en manos de las autoridades, también es cierto que ninguna de las excarcelaciones de personas arbitrariamente detenidas, se habría producido sin el trabajo de registro, documentación y denuncia que desde hace años tanto el Foro Penal, como otras organizaciones de la sociedad civil, han venido realizando. 4) Nuestra organización se ocupa específicamente de prestar asistencia legal gratuita a personas que hayan sido víctimas de violaciones graves de sus derechos humanos por actos de represión por causas o con fines políticos. Nuestro criterio de trabajo se basa en los criterios internacionales y en los estudios más modernos sobre este tema, que definen claramente el alcance de nuestras actividades. Nuestro trabajo en este momento es discernir qué excarcelaciones son, en efecto, de personas que hayan sido arbitrariamente detenidas por motivos políticos. Reiteramos que, al día de hoy, a la hora de la emisión de este comunicado,desde el 8 de enero de 2026, momento en el que se anunciaron las “excarcelaciones masivas” por parte del presidente de la Asamblea Nacional, sólo hemos podido confirmar 56 excarcelaciones de presos políticos. Esperamos que esto cambie y que se produzca la excarcelación de todas las personas arbitrariamente detenidas en Venezuela. Caracas, 13 de enero de 2026.- @ForoPenal

Day 3 focused on machine learning for #BioImageAnalysis, led by our colleagues from Portugal. An intensive, insightful session covered classical machine learning to deep neural networks, leaving participants with new skills and plenty of supporting material for future projects.

Tomorrow, our colleagues from France will cover classical segmentation and quantification methods. On Day 3, our colleagues from Portugal will dive into machine learning for #BioImageAnalysis.

Today was Day 1 of the distributed #Python course, organized by three @EuroBioImaging sites as part of @eRImote_EU. We at @CCI_GU_SE had the pleasure of running an intro to #bioimageanalysis using @ProjectJupyter.
