Chall in the worst season ever, some thoughts: -Garen is unplayable, too many ranged tops (see below) but also crit changes sucked and his build feels weird right now. -Shen is OP -Top lane is ranged top lane hell basically 50% of games (Look at the screenshot: Urgot, Vayne, Teemo, Gnar. Whats even more funny is right below this screenshot, I versed Jayce top, Anivia top, and then Cassiopeia top. :D) -Jungle is OP, this probably stems from the ranged top influx as jungle ganks swing these lanes so much

@Techoteco1 hp flat is better, approach velocity is better, zekes or bandlepipes better 3rd, warmogs best 5th

Just a glimpse of the mental gymnastics ADC players go through in order to not build Steelcaps. The only situation where you don't want these boots is vs. a heavy magic damage comp and even then they mostly outperform Berserker's Greaves.

Patch 15.17 Preview! Next few Patches - We're gearing up for the first major release of anti-boosting/smurfing stuff (and a few other behavior related things) in 15.18, so patches are going to be pretty light these next 2 patches.  - In the meantime though, continuing our strategy of getting some alt-build variety, we have some changes to AP Irelia, Lane Kayn, AP Kog, Vayne Jungle, Nilah Jungle. Would love to hear what other things you'd like to see.  - We'll also be preparing for our Worlds patch coming up pretty soon (can't believe it's come up so quickly after MSI)!  Red side DoT changes - Thanks so much to the players who found these changes in the first place - They've stabilized really well and both Singed and Rumble are now falling into line with the rest of the champions, showing similar blue/red discrepancies - However, they're now both OP, so hitting in with a nerf Item Changes - We're also throwing in a few changes to a few underperforming items with very few users across the board - Horizon Focus has also not really picked up a major audience outside of Vel'Koz types  - Profane is failing to pick up any real number of users on first item, except for Quinn sometimes. It's clearly weaker than other alternatives, so we're buffing it with a skew towards first item performance Gwen - Gwen; she's the most present Top laner and for good reason - After our laning buffs, she's pretty hard to put behind, while having strong scaling and hard countering certain archetypes - Changes this patch are aimed at giving her some weaknesses Yunara - Yunara is quickly climbing to be the most powerful ADC on the patch - There are a few power impacting bugfix nerfs going in this patch, mainly to her bounces.  - We'll monitor how powerful those are and otherwise reassess next patch

@ZwagLoL the reason you are hitting some skillshots is because some skillshots are undodgeable, especially depending on her ping. it doesn't mean she toggled off

@WhatleyLeague Meanwhile adc/assassin items all have hard-capped base damage with all the scaling removed but tanks can have an infinitely scaling item. And don't give the hubris argument, cuz that's something that goes away with a timer/dying. Heartsteel is 100% uptime on bonus stats/dmg amp.

GenG Canyon in EWC Finals is building Heartsteel, the stacking HP item. In a 46 MINUTE GAME (!!!) he managed to get 134 stacks, for a total of 1034 HP. He could have bought 3x Giant Belts for 1050 HP, while being 300g CHEAPER as well. PLEASE STOP BUILDING HEARTSTEEL!!!

Patch 25.7 Preview! Systems - Catalyst has been weak for a while, especially compared to Lost Chapter which feels like a significantly better purchase - We're not looking to decrease the price as that makes it too good at stalling action on the 1100 spike, so just looking to increase its actual efficiency - Umbral has also been pretty weak for a while with Pyke being the only user - Recall with symbiotic soles has been an intended but too powerful interaction, we like where it is on supports, but the mid lane use cases have been too powerful, so we're taking it down a tad Gwen - Gwen's changes have had the effect we wanted in terms of skew (especially adding her back as a more effective pick in top lane in high skill play), however a bit too effective, even after the micropatch so we're taking her down a bit more Naafiri - Naafiri is still pretty strong, even after the micropatch, so we're taking her down a bit further down - So far, she's pretty low ELO skewed; we're looking to bring her early game down and especially in jungle - So far her damage is pretty high, which we're keeping it there but making her work a little harder to access that damage More on other champs tmrw

@RiotPhroxzon Volibear is very strong jungle right now when building cosmic or navori at all levels of play. Doesnt a base ad buff seem unwarranted without some sort of cooldown or ap scaling nerf to compensate? I predict this champ goes bananas on soloq next patch if the basead buff isnt tiny
