In the first of the @BritishMilers races held with these England Athletics champs, Zak Seddon came past Cameron Boyek on the last lap of the 3000m to win in 8:06.93.

I see his point, but the whole underdog mentality and “my success is due to hard work” attitude coming from extraordinarily talented people acting as if the have little or no talent has gotten old.

In 2023 gyms need to start enforcing policy that if you’re caught taking photos or videos of someone without their consent to post on social media to bully, shame, or embarrass them, your membership is automatically revoked and you’re banned from the gym. Gyms need to do better.

It is wild that someone convicted of doping and lost all appeals is still deemed "motivational" when they say they will train and compete once their ban is over.

Just a bunch of Scottish lads trying to figure out how to use a ski lift 😂😂
