@IllFonic @fearthegun I would also love to see a bunch of trick or treaters throughout the streets even if you can’t interact with them due to no killing kids in video games! I would love to see them “Ben Cooper” old 80s costumes on trick or treaters as they walk around!

From 2015-2016 I spent time developing what I thought would be the perfect look for a new #JasonVoorhees. A blend of old school and new school, with a haunting and weathered-looking mask.
After #NeverHikeAlone was released in 2017, fans nicknamed our creation #GhostJason, and it's been one of the fastest-growing cosplays on the con circuit.
@G_Nicotero is a legend whom I look up to and have tremendous respect for. He is also close to one of our #neverhikealone producers, who has told him about the projects over the years.
If Ghost influenced this look, that would be amazing, truly an honor. If not, well, then even more power to us for coming up with this look eight years ahead of schedule.
Below the neck, most of what was revealed today aligns with how I have been hoping the studios would do for over a decade.
Even the shape of the head—what little we can see, looks pretty solid. And I am not typically a fan of Jason's with hair.
But the mask...it's not landing with me or with fans. These are obviously just concepts, but I would point to two areas of major concern:
1. The eye holes. We played with oval and rectangular holes with the Ghost Hock. They never looked right. These also feel pinched, almost crossed-eyed. We went back to a more classic, rounder shape. They now have a shark eye type feel to them.
2. The reverse tear-drop shaped mask is not doing it. It looks like the cheap plastic hockey mask they sold in dime stores. That's the immediate image that comes to mind for me, and I am sure many other fans.
I mean no disrespect to anyone involved. I am one of the biggest #fridaythe13th cheerleaders out here. These are just my honest thoughts and I think many fans would agree.
@JasonUniverse13 what would it take for us to hand off the Ghost Hock to you? Let's make it official and put some chevrons on her!
