A Chinese 🇨🇳 style pork 🐖 and cabbage 🥬 stir fry. A very humble but also very tasty dish. The key ingredient to the sauce is black vinegar.

@candide771 Haha yes nice and firm and good to stir fries! O interesting you say that because I see it in Chinese recipes in LA and not Thai lol. I usually get this one but love the kind with cabbage like you made.

@jacktla I often use that kind for stir-fries, too. It doesn't break apart so easily😅. But I think it's primarily a Thai thing - never seen it in Chinese recipes.

Thank you so much, everyone. My daughter had a CT scan, and they found a small stone in her kidney. That’s what was causing her pain. Luckily, the painkillers worked well and her pain has calmed down a lot. Thank you so much again for praying for her. I truly appreciate it.

Today I made Gentse waterzooi 🇧🇪 for dinner. It's chicken cooked in a vegetable stock served with potatoes and cream. Thanks a lot to @joukesp for the recipe. It was very tasty!

@SandriaGirrith @candide771 Nein, schon bekannt vom Mittelalter. Ursprunglich mit Fisch. (Kaiser Karl V’s Lieblingskost (?)) Seit 19 Jahrhundert mit Huhn weil Fish immer teuer würde. Falls mein Deutsch nicht zureicht kann ich es besser in Englisch schreiben! 😃
