Crédit immobilier, charges de copropriété, taxe foncière en hausse, travaux obligatoires pour le DPE, assurance habitation qui double. Elle a fait ce qu'on lui a dit de faire : acheter, investir dans la pierre, se constituer un PATRIMOINE. Et aujourd'hui elle est NOYÉE. L'accession à la propriété c'est le piège parfait. Les banques te prêtent à 4,5%, l'État te taxe à 30%, la copropriété te facture des travaux votés sans ton accord. Tu deviens propriétaire de ta DETTE, pas de ton logement. Cette femme représente des millions de Français piégés par le rêve immobilier vendu par les gouvernements successifs. "Devenez propriétaire, c'est un investissement". L'investissement le plus TOXIQUE de France. Et quand tu craques, quand tu pleures, quand tu n'en peux plus, l'État te répond "fallait lire les petites lignes". MERCI la République.

What hurts most? I’ve spent years protecting @Bose by reporting phishing sites to their legal team for free. Now, a firmware update kills my speaker and the 'Escalation Team' refuses to help a 20-year fan. 💔

@BoseService returned it for refund. Its well documented old issue (reddit.com/r/bose/comment…, even has Jira ticket!) faced by many customer, and you obviously don't care. And its not a small thing! I will not do a free support for you and my relationship with Bose brand is over.

@Bose linking Bose Smart Speaker 500 to Google Assistant is broken, can't link Bose account - getting wrong email/password! I see same issue on Reddit, bunch of people complaining for months already!

Le gouvernement de Narendra Modi a accepté et a commencé à réduire ses achats de pétrole russe. Après la guerre et la crise mondiale du pétrole, les États-Unis ont finalement donné à l’Inde une « autorisation » d’acheter à nouveau du pétrole russe pendant 30 jours. L’Inde s’est alors tournée de nouveau vers la Russie pour en acheter. La Russie a répondu : nous pouvons vous vendre du pétrole, mais désormais à des prix plus élevés et sans les remises dont vous bénéficiiez auparavant.
