@DellVarnson @BraveReport @ProjectConstitu @RealCandaceO My claim : state police can make arrests for federal crimes What you posted : many states authorize arrests for felonies or crimes without limiting it to state crimes, and some states explicitly allow enforcement of federal criminal laws. Thankyou for proving my point sir.

🚨 INVESTIGATION: Did Larry Loomer And Her Husband Commit A Federal Crime And Put The Dealership Her Husband Works At At Risk? 👀 PENSACOLA, FL — Did Larry loomer and Her Husband "Jake" just commit a potential massive breach of federal law involving the Driver Privacy Protection Act (DPPA), wire fraud, and allegations of unauthorized surveillance used for political warfare? Evidence has surfaced suggesting that Andrew "Jacob" Simpson (known as "Jake"), an IT professional for the Tameron/Cannon Auto group, may be utilizing high-level corporate access to harvest private citizen data. Simpson, who is reportedly the husband of deranged journalist Laura Loomer, has administrative access to dealership portals including Carfax, vehicle registration databases, and insurance records. A recent video posted by Loomer appears to show a "Dealer Dashboard" interface—data that is strictly regulated by federal statute. The Legal Reality: 18 U.S.C. § 2722 & Felony Escalation The Driver Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) isn't just a guideline; it’s a federal law. The Violation: Under 18 U.S.C. § 2722, it is a federal crime to knowingly obtain or disclose personal information from a motor vehicle record for any use not permitted by law. The Fine: Violators face criminal fines and a mandatory $2,500 minimum penalty PER CLICK in civil damages. The Felony Path: Because this involves using interstate computer networks (Dealer Portals) to potentially defraud a business for political gain, this enters the territory of Wire Fraud. If a conspiracy is proven to use "Jake's" employer-provided access to "dox" rivals, federal prosecutors could escalate these charges to a Felony, carrying significant prison time. The Tameron/Cannon Connection: A "Weird" Inner Circle The ownership of the dealership group adds a bizarre layer to the story. Michael Joe Cannon and Ryan Mayer of Tameron Gulf Coast (a division of Cannon Motor Co.) oversee the IT infrastructure Simpson operates. Reportedly, minority partner Ryan Mayer has been seen frequently sharing a video of "Jake" and his partner at a White House Hanukkah event, where they received congratulations from Donald Trump on their engagement. Sources claim Mayer is so enamored with the proximity to power that he encourages Simpson to bring the video to professional meetings to "share it." The Question: Is a multi-state dealership group being exposed to millions in federal liability just so their IT guy can play digital mercenary for his wife’s political feuds? The Bottom Line If private vehicle data was pulled from a Tameron/Cannon Auto terminal to target private citizens, the dealership isn't just looking at a PR nightmare—they are looking at a federal grand jury. Stay tuned for more as I continue to investigate. If you have any tips related to this event or anyone listed in this news story contact me via DM or email. @DellVarnson @BraveReport @ProjectConstitu @RealCandaceO "...but it depends on state law, the specific federal offense, and whether federal law prohibits or authorizes it" All 50 states allow their state police to make an arrest for a violation of DPPA, some states even have stricter laws about that tag along with the DPPA.

@DellVarnson @BraveReport @ProjectConstitu @RealCandaceO The FBI exists to handle specialized, complex, and cross-state investigations that local agencies are not equipped for, such as terrorism, cybercrimes, and interstate organized crimes. FBI works nationwide, SP are limited to their state and can not arrest outside of their state.

@BraveReport @RaleighTrollie @ProjectConstitu @RealCandaceO Police can only arrest people for state crimes period. I work in the legal system. Most state laws come from federal law. You should really read what grok said and learn to comprehend. It's not moving the goal post when grok supports my claim

@DellVarnson @BraveReport @ProjectConstitu @RealCandaceO ...yes I do live in America and I know how to educate myself which is something you must lack the ability to do because even a quick google search will show you a state police officer can arrest someone for committing a federal crime. Its honestly asinine to assume they can't.

Howard Lutnick had said earlier that Epstein definitely had videotapes and blackmailed people. Now, he's changed his story and says he knows Epstein didn't blackmail anyone. How does he know that? Why did he change his story? @RoKhanna was livid and said Lutnick is clearly lying.
