The Community Work Group over at @JupiterExchange has tailored the first edition of the LFG launchpad application and introduction process to be as open and transparent as possible. Our goals are to create a foundation, and then work from there based on community feedback so that we can be sure that the processes and flows are anchored in the community. Having an open forum, where anyone can introduce their project to launch on LFG is to a degree inspired by the Bitcointalk.org's OG approach from back in the day. Instead of gatekeeping from the start, we believe that we should attempt to have things done openly, and transparently where the work group(s) mainly provide the necessary guard rails for coordination. Everyone will be able to track the flow of tokens out of these wallets easily. Transfers out of hot multisigs will be communicated ahead of time, while transfers of out cold multisigs need to be in the roadmap or communicated 6 months ahead of time, and be approved by at least one external co-signer, who are prominent members of the community.
