"Safety" in Corporate Blue Collar America is a bunch of soft-handed white collar pansies who've never worked a day in their lives trying to tell hard men that've been working since their early teens how to do their jobs.
The ones making the decision don't know what "safe" is, and don't listen when you try to tell them. 90% of their bullshit literally just makes the job harder.
Hire the right people and listen to them when they tell you how to fix the dangerous shit.
