Hello @IncomeTaxIndia Please make ITR utilities available on 1st April itself so that filings can be completed on time this year. Also please ensure that the portal is completely ready for Income Tax Act, 2025 which is applicable from 1st April.

2026 brings a new, revamped, and simplified New Income Tax Act 2025, and this will shape Taxation as we know it forever. This simplified new Act has 536 sections, compared to 800+ in the current law. Chapters are reduced from the current 47 to 23. But 16 new Schedules are added. The time has come to start reading the Act, before the Rules are announced. Starting this thread with the intention to share knowledge and information about the new Income Tax Act 2025. Will try to keep it as simple as I can. Please save/bookmark this thread and visit it regularly, as it will be updated regularly. Always read the thread to the end. Better you retweet and visit it regularly from your own homepage.

@RajeshM73084087 @theicai MSME unit can file a complaint via MSME Samadhan portal which is then taken up by Jurisdictional DIC office for further proceedings and after completion official notice/ direction is sent to the customer for making payment samadhaan.msme.gov.in/MyMsme/MSEFC/M…

If buyer do not make the MSME payment with in 15/45 days, where a MSME unit should write or complaint for action. @AbhasHalakhandi @theicai
