@NianticHelp Niantic kids accounts not connecting, both accounts say sorry not available! We have tried on iPhones & iPads, with WiFi, data and hot spotting. We have also deleted the app & reinstalled! Is there a general issue or is there something else we should be trying?

@capetraveller Hi Tim! Trainers using kids’ accounts can take part in Party Play, but their parent/guardian should first enable this function by granting the necessary permissions in their Parent Portal. Visit (bit.ly/48YobGL) to learn how to grant permissions. We hope this helps! ^SF

@Vitality_SA weekly exercise points go up each week automatically, but why can’t Vitality automate the maximum points allowed each week if you change from Endurance to standard program. It shouldn’t require a phone call or email each week to remind you.
