HA @CapitalOne acting like they care is laughable. Lost out on 1k due to their slow processing of me giving them a lump some of money to pay off my 🚘, which you’d think would be rewarded. Nope not with #CapitalOne sadly. Payoff lien took 2 weeks to lift, lost out on car offer.

@CapitalOne HEY when I make my car payment, PLEASE stop returning it a week later !!!!!!! If I send you the money, then I have the money, and you take the money !!!!! I’m consistently shown as almost 2+ weeks late on my payments because they keep getting returned for no reason!!!
