@GM @Cadillac @chevrolet My parents are visiting my home; father’s ‘17 XT5 started leaking in the driveway. Dropped it off at a local Chevy dealer because the local Caddy dealer said it was a week wait. Left it Monday, said would be seen this morning. 3:20p and zero service yet.

@epaleezeldin totally hate it, its the first thing i do every time is turn OFF the start/stop feature... the control part on that also went out and truck died and wouldnt start at major intersection and only had 9500 miles on the Chevy, now that was fun & took 4 days to get repaired @GM

CEO Mary Barra, you are driving your company into bankruptcy again. When will you learn that the engineers that are working for GM aren’t cutting it clean house! Hire American engineers not from India… whatever GM is doing, the R&R department need more training something’s wrong… and standby your customers…. I just know my Allison branded transmission. The GM made will go out on my trip going out west in June because you refused to replace the valve body that’s causing the lock up of the drivetrain. I give your company one more bad economy, which I think we are going through now and you will end up in bankruptcy and then you’re gonna go to the federal government and ask for another bail out…..

@JulieCMJ @GM My 2020 traverse premier is having transmission problems, 9k to replace and GM only wants to cover 20%. They do not care that my vehicle was purchased brand new and only maintenance at their certified dealerships. Just sad!!!! Our safety is not their concern apparently!

@GM lifelong GM owner. I purchased a ‘17 Corvette GS on 5-19 with 9300 miles on it. Had to return to dealership with transmission hesitation at highway speeds. They state it needs an 11k transmission replacement and your ‘goodwill repair’ will only cover $2300. How is that right?

I wonder when @GM is going to start taking accountability for crap manufacturing. I now have 2 newer vehicles, and Acadia and Chevy Duramax just out of the manufacturer warranty leaking oil all over my driveway. Between the 2 roughly $8000.00 in repairs needed.

@robbiehendricks @GM Wondering how this turned out for you. @GM is refusing to help me as well. Broke down out of state, was stranded for 3 days. Apparently my catastrophic engine failure isn't related to the recall and I'm outside of my powertrain warranty at this point. $15k for a new motor.

Final update on my Tahoe 6.2L engine failure saga: So @GM has declined to help me with my twice-failed 6.2L Tahoe. Engine blew on the highway the first time. Stranded w/ my wife and kids. Complete engine failure at 20k miles on a 2023. Got truck back after 7 weeks. Then brand new engine shut down again 8 days later w/ my wife and kids in the vehicle. Just went completely black. @chevrolet could not recreate the issue the 2nd time - engine apparently did not completely blow up this time - so they forced us to come take the Tahoe back. I reached out to several Lemon Law attorneys that declined to help because they were ALREADY overwhelmed with cases against GM. I obviously refuse to have my wife and children drive that Tahoe again. Love the truck, but not willing to risk my family while they “figure it out”. So today, I’m joining the Toyota family via a Lexus GX550. 70,000 mile powertrain warranty, 6 years. Early kinks worked out with this motor and look forward to years of drama-free adventures. Maybe one day GM will start building reliable cars again so I can again support American manufacturing, but for now, I’m out.
