@cryo2052 @Kawabata_Tomio food noise and hunger goes away once you push through the first few weeks. its the hardest part about losing weight. if you cant do it, eat stuff like popcorn and drink lots of 0 calorie soda to fill your stomach. 90% of this is just mental and your body isnt actually hungry.

Mostly near daily walking. 4-6k like 5 days a week. It's a lot for me. When I dieted harder (calorie deficit) for a week I was so hungry and my mood was horrible snapping at things. Then I had a binge day and haven't tried to hard to calorie restrict. It's not worth having a total meltdown. I think I just need to keep reducing my alcohol intake because that overall is probably helping.

I am so tired of being fat. I have tried exersize, cutting back on alcohol and diet. The looming threat of moving, work stress and being on my own is spiking my cortisol. FML, I'll keep trying. See if I can get on Ozempic or something to help.
