I don’t think anybody knows what’s actually in vitamin supplements… Reading about how vitamins are isolated and synthesized is absolutely insane This is for vitamin k below… Fish meal combined with petroleum, benzene, acetone and high temperatures… And you’re telling me this is supposed to be an isolated vitamin — the same form that exists in the food?? This is just to isolate vitamin k…but then to synthesize it from scratch for supplements is an entirely different, mad scientist esque story too which uses this “isolated vitamin k” as a model All in all, I’m highly skeptical that what you’d take supplementing a vitamin is anything like the “vitamin” that exists in food naturally
