It’s been 3 weeks and I’m really happy with how I’m progressing in the gym. I moved from dumbbell hip thrusts and RDLs (20kg) to barbell (30kg total). My first hip thrust session was so bad, it felt uncomfortable and I was wobbly.😭 But my second session? Loved it. My body is starting to understand the movement. I pushed through my heels, felt the burn, and even experienced DOMS 💅🏾😇 Oh, I’ve also moved from 47.6kg to 49.4kg. May God continue to provide so I can keep lifting and eating, that’s my major prayer now

Let me kindly address the vesting, pre-staking and everyone being almost eligible for NOYA airdrop The vesting aspect of the NOYA airdrop is meant ONLY for large airdrop holders. During claiming, they have an option, either to vest their rewards and claim linearly every 3 or 6 months or they claim part of their reward and forfeit some % as penalty. Pre-staking is only available during airdrop registration and claims. Pre-stakers are eligible for 10% bonuses in stars for Season 2. Once you claim your rewards, no pre-staking bonuses for you. Almost everyone are eligible, but not eligible for reward claims. If you have sKaito or the Yapybara NFT as part of the Kaito eco, you're eligible based on the previous Kaito's arrangements with NOYA. Right now, such arrangements are no longer existing, therefore no rewards for you if you don't have stars. As for the VeryAI app for humanity verification, the team has confirmed that they've fixed every issue. The app is working seamlessly now.
