A sad day in the history of NFTs, but we need to be okay with keeping businesses go under/close shop when they are no longer financially viable and focus effort to the ones still here like @wayupio that already handles indexing and migration from JPG contracts.

270,07 Euro für einen ganz normalen Wocheneinkauf Ich habe mir den Kassenbon mal genau angeschaut Obst, Gemüse, Milch, Joghurt Fleisch, Käse, Brot Ein paar Getränke Waschmittel, Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier Kein Luxus, kein Unsinn Einfach nur Alltag Ja, natürlich war es am Ende etwas teurer Waschmittel und Toilettenpapier waren dabei Snacks wie Bifi für eine längere Fahrt Und trotzdem Vieles war im Angebot Und trotzdem: über 270 Euro Alle reden davon, dass die Inflation runtergeht Im Supermarkt merkt man davon nichts Das ist die Realität für ganz normale Haushalte Ja, ich weiss, jetzt kommen wieder die Kommentare Rewe zu teuer, falsche Sachen gekauft, hätte man günstiger machen können Aber genau das ist doch der Punkt Selbst ein normaler Einkauf wird langsam zum Luxus

Dann der nächste Schritt: Er möchte mein Handy, um meine Mailliste zu fotografieren. Das untersage ich. Wieder Telefonat. Wieder Suche. Ab 2028 kassiert der Staat 36% auf unrealisierte Gewinne (Das Gesetz wartet noch auf die Abstimmung im Senat). Dein Portfolio steigt um €10.000 auf dem Papier — €3.600 an den Staat. Kein Trade. Kein Verkauf. Nur Papier. Erst hieß es, das Gesetz kommt zurück auf den Prüfstand. Der Finanzminister hat persönlich verkündet, es müsse überarbeitet werden. Alle haben aufgeatmet. Dann: "Wir gehen definitiv nicht zurück an den Zeichentisch." Und am 7. März hat derselbe Minister sein eigenes Kabinett überrascht und angekündigt, das Gesetz doch umzuschreiben. Ohne Absprache. Ohne den Staatssekretär zu informieren. Drei Richtungswechsel in drei Wochen. Niemand weiß was morgen gilt. Und wer glaubt das bleibt ein niederländisches Problem, kennt Deutschland schlecht. Die SPD will die Haltefrist von einem Jahr streichen. Bisher gilt: Krypto länger als 12 Monate halten, Gewinne steuerfrei realisieren. Das soll weg. Jeder Gewinn besteuert, egal wie lange du gehalten hast. Seit Januar 2026 melden Krypto-Börsen durch DAC8 automatisch alle Transaktionen ans Bundeszentralamt für Steuern. Die Infrastruktur steht. Das Finanzamt weiß was du kaufst, was du verkaufst und was du hältst. Dänemark diskutiert die gleiche Steuer auf unrealisierte Gewinne. Den Haag rechnet mit €2,3 Milliarden Mehreinnahmen pro Jahr.
