@cardboardbits I picked up a copy of the “First Light” edition. Not bad, but I think there are various games that scratch that itch for this style of game in a way I prefer more.

Finally giving Hero Quest a try. This game has swag unplayed on the shelf for years!

Finally got around to gluing together 3D printed parts of a tavern I printed many years ago from @BlackScrolls. Hopefully I won’t delay more years before painting it 😅

@TolkienWorldG I’ll rewatch movies 1 and 2 but 3 is still hard to get through. The extended edition of the second movie improved its quality.

Do you ever find yourself going back and rewatching the Hobbit trilogy?

My favourite board game slang term is "Ameritrash". It's a term used by elitist euro gamers to describe games which are: -About war. -Very fun. -Have lots of pieces, lots of dice and lots of rules. -Designed by Americans. I love these kinds of games!
