Our referee pool contains both members and non-members of the Cardiff Referee Society (CRS), and we advised them that any decision they took would be without prejudice. 3/4

The Cardiff Combination Football League (CCFL) have decided to support the planned Service Withdrawal Action on Friday 1st November, Saturday 2nd November and Sunday 3rd November. The CCFL has now taken steps to postpone all planned fixtures. 1/4

League secretary Tito Girolami said on Facebook: “So sad to hear the news of the Passing of Glenys. Such a loss to all. Glenys like her father Ken and brother Keith was a beacon of positive light to Avenue and was also a much valued and respected member of the @cardiffcomb.

From all of us here at @cardiffcomb, we are saddened to hear the shock and sudden death of #GlenysStiff recently. Glenys and her brother Keith Harris were the children of Avenue Hotspur founder and former committee member Ken Harris.
