We agree Fiona - doing just a little more exercise a day however you manage that will get your heart rate going and give you a feel good release of chemicals to improve your wellbeing as well as being good for your overall fitness

COVID-19 rates are still very high, and rising again Vaccines substantially reduce rates of severe disease and hospitalisation but there is some reduction of effect over time If you are over 75 or immunosuppressed and the NHS contacts you for a booster please take up the offer

People aged 75 and over, and people aged 12 and over who are immunosuppressed, are now eligible for a Spring COVID-19 booster vaccine. The NHS will contact eligible people to book their next vital jab. Visit nhs.uk/covid-booster for more information.
