@ksaria098 @patrick_hi41874 @EdKrassen It is not the same. The WMD’s were obviously a false pretense. Iran, on the other hand, is documented to be developing nuclear weapons. IMO Iran would not hesitate to use them in the Middle East and beyond. They cannot have them.

The Iraq War was started because George W. Bush said that Iraq is building nuclear weapons, and that Iraqis demand regime change btw. It's literally the same playbook, although, 20 years later, it's widely known that Iraq never had WMD's, but the country is destroyed and in shambles. Ironic.
