Musk gave $ 38M to found OpenAI as a nonprofit. Altman flipped it into an $ 800B for-profit beast with Microsoft. Musk called it a bait and switch.
In court, Musk warned AI could kill us all like in Terminator. He started OpenAI to prevent this but Altman chose greed.
Musk admits xAI distills OpenAI models for Grok. He calls it standard practice. He is suing to fix OpenAI and remove the frauds.
Elon Musk, who warned us about AI extinction is now the one building the safe path forward.

The irony is unreal. Musk is suing OpenAI while admitting on the stand that xAI partly used OpenAI models to train its own systems. So OpenAI is apparently evil and illegitimate, but also useful enough to bootstrap his AI company? You cannot call the ladder corrupt while climbing it.

When you become so deeply obsessed with Tesla to the point that you’ve consumed every available piece of information possible about the company, you sit with everything every day, and probably come to the obvious conclusion that they are currently the most advanced AI company. You also realize that the foundational software for real-world AI (which they are building and battle testing at-scale) pipes into actual products that are very obvious and very useful/valuable.
Most obvious AI play to me. Undeniable as a user of FSD, obvious value proposition, obvious portability to other real products with obvious value propositions.
There’s no guessing, only conviction that they will execute. The products are very obviously society changing. Craziest part is that they are also building the physical machine that’s going to output their robotics hardware.

If you want to invest in Tesla and achieve a good return, you should listen to those who understand technology, economics, and manufacturing of the company and look at data and facts.
Bears and short sellers jump all together out of their rabbit whole and make a lot of noise when the stock periodically falls within its uptrend. However, this does not mean the uptrend is over it's just a pause and thats what we have seen in Q1 again.
It happened in Q1 2024, Q1 2025 and in Q1 2026 only to move to a new ATH right after. $tsla
