@EvanWagstaff Thanks for the email, Evan! I contacted them and they said dedicated VMs were already enabled, so maybe that wasn't my problem. Here's the error I get when I try to deploy

@carman_copy Hello! You’ll want to email billing@fly.io with the email you used to sign up and tell them “Please enable dedicated VMs for my account.” That should be all! They are very responsive But if the monitoring tab is blank, might need to run “fly deploy” — let me know how that goes
