@Y93482497 @stefclarkx @passportwaiting You should get a message from them tomorrow if you didn’t get one today. Cutting it quite close to you flying on Friday as it may not be delivered to Saturday or Monday next week

I think you should hear by either tomorrow or Tuesday. it’s taking around 18-20 days from documents are received to the application being approved

@Y93482497 @passportwaiting I have just received the text to say that the passport has just been sent and on its way with TNT. They sent me the tracking link but it’s not recognising the reference number at the moment

@Matt81735145 @callumkrizz @HM_Passport I’m sure you should hear soon or receive them soon. My sons application was approved today. His documents were received on the 17th October. It’s taking around 18-20 days to be approved from the time documents are received.I’m still waiting on mine from the 20th October also

@callumkrizz @HM_Passport Thank you, this is much more informative than @HM_Passport and their sub-excremental level of customer service. My daughter's passport(s) in Bootle (from what I understand) as of 20th Oct. We need both passports back to travel in early Dec. Fingers crossed for news soon.
