I have spent over 10,000HKD on items and have no access to contact and arrange shipment on items and further payments. It has been over two weeks, your website advertises an email response within 48 hours.

If anyone has bought any items (#BTS, #BT21 or #Starbucks) from this @Carousell seller, be aware that she’s a scammer! She showed she had ready stocks, I banked in full amount for the items, was given tracking numbers but it doesn’t work! She ghosted me after that!

@Carousell , it's a great platform for me to sell my sneakers until they suddenly suspend my account and provide no reason. Fine, i created a new account and start all over again, all ratings all old customer gone. Not longer than 2days they suspend my new account again. :D???
