I hear what you are saying about the alternative, but if it had happened something constructive would have been done. Are you eating fish by any chance?

Prefer for it not to happen at all but given the immediate option and where we are right now I know what 99% of people would choose.

They’re cancelling art & humanities degrees at uni where students aren’t in skilled jobs in 6 months. They would have cancelled my drama degree at Hull on that basis. I wouldn’t have become a writer. I wouldn’t have written #Sherwood. Other writers wouldn’t have written theirs.

@thenorth4theeu @eyejosh Spot on! Part of the appeal of papers like the #DailyMail is that they have lots of supplements, features & interesting stuff to read, away from the politics. I'm sure that's why most readers buy them but then get insidiously influenced by their right wing bias without realising.
