I wanted to share my experiences and memories in the Club Penguin community, so I decided to do a timeline of my journey for those interested:

13 years ago today, the Club Penguin Team announced the retirement of the 'Happy77' name, following the departure of the original staff member in 2006. Between 2006 to 2012, Happy77 became a character, with various writers stepping in to portray the Penguin.

Started playing some CPPS' (@PenguinOrigin @CPJofficial @CPLegacyTeam) for that sweet dose of nostalgia - and it's working a treat! Super late to the game (literally) though, almost seems strange having everyone else owning rarer items for a change!

19 years ago today, the first and only Valentine’s Day celebration began, featuring the Penguin Band performing in the Night Club.

18 years ago today, the January 2007 Penguin Style Catalog was released. The Catalog's theme was Winter Wear and Fiesta.

I kinda thought I would be pushing it to reach 25,000 followers on @ThatPenguinGame before the New Year, but I actually think it'll happen. This is a huge milestone.. I can't believe it.

@IglooLane Haha yep! May 2008, I think the Pink Castle had just come out, so I wanted to try something new with that igloo and still throwing TV's everywhere haha. My favorite part is the conversation pit.

@ThatPenguinGame Such an awesome update. I loved searching old usernames to see what their final/current playercard was.

13 years ago today, the new Friend List update was released. You could now view your friends’ current Playercards right from the list, mark Best Friends to keep them at the top, and search for other Penguins without needing to meet in-game simultaneously.

@4everSon1c @MetaVaria About 2 years back I helped track down the IP holder of Goat Chat on the top right and served as the middle man in it's acquisition, pretty cool stuff. The person received the name and all assets.

17 years ago today, the 1st issue of the Snow and Sports Catalog was released in the Sports Shop. Before this update, all Sports themed items were placed in the Penguin Style Catalog in the Gift Shop. As well Penguins could purchase Minigame Upgrades in this new Catalog.

@Questying Super cool seeing this, my favorite memory of Mech Mice was when they tested a first person shooter mode, and let users play matches as opposing teams. The idea was so fun
