Had the absolute worse experience at @Carrabbas . Search poor service. It sucks because it was my first visit.

I go to pick up my lunch order from @Carrabbas in Gainesville and when I get there they tell me the card machine down. I only have my phone to tap my card to pay. Why the manger and an employee suggest I Cash App them?! This how yall do business?

@Carrabbas yo why is the Marsala sauce not the same at your turnersville nj location? Been coming here specifically for chicken Marsala for 16 years. Canned mushrooms? Broken sauce?? Lacking depth?? Very dissapointed in our 3 entrees.

@Carrabbas - at store ca0606 Aurora CO. My party of 5 were told to leave after waiting 45 mins for a drink and bread if we didn’t like the service. Server Emilio is terrible and there was no manager on duty. This is not acceptable!!
