@Carvana 3 months ago I bought a 2021 VW Tiguan. 6,000 miles later I need a $7,000+ engine repair. You directed me to an approved inspector during my warranty — they found nothing. @SilverRock denied my claim. NHTSA complaint #11725647 filed. Please DM me.

@Carvana delayed my order by two days with only a few hours notice. Called @CarvanaHelp for options and was told that my alternative option to waiting is to cancel the order. Make dealerships seem super friendly and competent by comparison.

Never use @Carvana. Didn’t show up at the appointed time. Literally nobody called me. I had to call them. They said they’d call back. Nobody did. Then they set up an appointment without talking to me. I had to call them to say, “I work, that time doesn’t work.” Told them what time works. Set up a new appointment. Then they called ME to tell ME that THEY worked hard to ensure we found a time. You have literally done NOTHING right this entire week and now you want the credit?

Another @Carvana update her car has been at the dealership for 9 days because #Carvana is being very very #Cheap only letting 1 mechanic have 1 hour to finish a laundry list of broken parts. How did it even pass inspection with bald tires, multiple fuel leaks, and a bad tie rod?

So @Carvana delivered my wife a car with multiple fule leaks, bad tie rod, bald rear tires, window door motor broke, and has the original 12 year old battery that barely holds a charge. Now they are giving the mechanic 1 hour to do all this. I will post the mechanics findings wow

Hey @Carvana you might want to look at your shipping charge algorithm. I was looking at a car and under the same zip it went from $290 to ship yesterday , to $490 this morning, to $690 this afternoon. You might be losing some business. You certainly lost mine.
