Great session on the spectrum of antibody-mediated rejection (ABMR). Dr Schinstock @MayoClinicNeph showed worse outcomes in DSA+ABMR+ vs DSA-ABMR. The causes of microvascular inflammation can be multiple, including nonHLA or NK cells. Prognosis is worse with DSAs #BanffCST2022
