The Hilton donated the ~2600 dinners that went unserved at WHCD. They freeze dried the steak and lobster for longer shelf life before giving them to 2 shelters for abused women and children. HUGE thank you to the staff that worked through the night under terrible circumstances.

You need to resign, and you need to do it immediately. But I would suggest you do it before your colleagues in the House vote to remove you from Congress. Also, you really need to stop with the threats. I have lost count of the number of women who have real stories to tell, and only my wife has currently put her name on the record. The timing of this, I assume, is because of the number of women getting ready to go public in the next few days. If you believe everything that you have said throughout your career, then do the right thing. And by the way, my mentor was the same as yours: Ellen Tauscher. She would be rolling over in her grave right now knowing what you are doing. I used to have dinner with her every single week, and she would tell me how proud she was of you when you interned for her, how she helped you run for Congress against one of her colleagues that she could not stand, and how proud she was that you won. Stop fucking around today, man. You can sound as tough as you want, but it is only going to make things worse for you. Take the advice of the public Eric Swalwell we have witnessed for years and just end this immediately. And if there’s a single person you do the right thing for, do it for Ellen Tauscher. And you, of all people, know exactly what I’m talking about and how much she meant to you.

Olympic 🥇 Alysa Liu 🇺🇸 150.20 / 226.79 I was feeling calm, happy, and confident. I’ve been having fun the whole time. This experience is really cool. I got to see my siblings and my friends the past two nights — we even had a late-night dinner together. It was super fun. I’m just so happy that I could bring Oakland to Milan. On comparing her two Olympic experiences: I’m grateful for both Olympic experiences, but I feel like I’m more gracious now because I have things I want to share and a reason I truly want to be here. On what she was thinking in the leader’s chair: Honestly, I don’t know. It was pretty fast-paced — next skater, next skater. But I loved watching Kaori skate. I loved watching Ami skate. And I had a front-row seat, so that was pretty exciting. On her feelings on the podium: I was looking at Massimo and Philip, and they both looked so happy. I was just happy for them. On comparing the two gold medals from the team and individual events: Oh my God, the team event was so much fun, guys. There needs to be another team event. And I don’t want to say the Olympics are over, because they’re not — I still have the Olympic gala.
