How do you expect to get seniors for positions if you don't offer junior roles? Where do you think they'll keep coming from? You're pulling from a pretty small source. Just make frickin junior roles and grow your team. They'll wanna stay longer if there's growth. Agh.

@perseusthefool From 9th-12th grade I was hit on by my teacher. One time he said to me when I wearing a nice outfit “You look hot.” I was not the only female student he hit on either, he was having an affair with one of our other female students who was 17 at the time he was 34. Never got caught

What’s your most anticipated game right now?

Using "SFX" to mean special effects rather than sound effects, it's a deliberate attack on sound designers and I will not stand for it.

not quite a composer, but i’m starting out in the professional audio world and it’s scary because I feel like i’m not quite ready and like my skills aren’t developed enough to go somewhere with them even though i’ve spent the last 2 years honing them and finding my passion

Sound design is weird. I had to layer myself eating an apple 3 times to make it sound like I was eating an apple #sounddesign
