@oftenhirsute @myddelton Agree - great work @myddelton - also entering any event - that you have to book - gives you goal a few weeks away and you often surprise yourself when you run with others. Soon it will become a habit and a week without running will feel wrong. Keep going! Cheering you on…

@myddelton I'm very very similar!! My biggest patches of success occur when I commit to 2 Park runs a month....seems to help me do more in between. (And stretching)

OK, it took me a while - 3 different stints over 10 months - but I have completed Couch 2 5K and it feels great! Now I'm going to just try and make running 30 minutes three times a week a habit🤞🏻

@iamcharblythe @duolingo Agree about the disempowering reduction of choice. Also: it’s a language learning app and they took the words away, because icons. It’s so much less clear what to do - if you repeat earlier icons you’re now playing some kind of memory game.

just had to cancel my @duolingo sub because that update is the absolute worst. I can only learn one subject at a time and i can't repeat lessons. How am i supposed to retain information without repetition? What an awful move on their part

Hey @duolingo! Everyone hates the new path layout. Revert back to the old layout or at least give us the option to change it ourselves. Totally unintuitive and feels more like an obstruction to learning than an incentive. #duolingoupdate
