@TicketmasterCS We are going to reading this morning but without the camper can pass cannot enter and use the facilities we have paid for.

@TicketmasterCS We do not have the camper can window hanger for Reading that we have paid for and have electronic prod of purchase. We have been talking to customer service since Tuesday on this with the response time to each of my messages taking between 19hrs and 13hrs.

@TicketmasterCS hello I have been trying to solve a missing camper van pass for Reading since Tuesday. Reading starts today and it has still not sorted. Is it normal for you guys to wait 19hours to respond to each message?

Unfortunately due to a fire we are closed for a while. All staff are safe and unharmed. There is damage but it can be fixed. We will be back open as soon as we can.
