Because these people have never worked once in their lives, I will explain what penalties are. They are your only legal means of protecting workers from poor scheduling. If you don’t want to pay the penalty, then schedule better. If the penalty is too low, they’ll just pay it.

@DianaCMcNally @fordnation Don't exaggerate. There has been a single fatal accident on Parkside in recent times, which was tragic. The driver was going over 100km/h. A lower speed limit or the presence of a camera would not have prevented that accident.
